Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Avulen. This policy explains how and when your order is processed, shipped, and delivered. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms below.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed after 2pm, on weekends, or on holidays are processed the next business day.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active.

Shipping Rates

We offer free worldwide shipping on every order — there are no hidden handling fees at checkout. Any applicable taxes are shown before you complete your purchase.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date your order is dispatched, not the date it is placed. Total time to receive your order = processing time + delivery time.

  • United Kingdom: 5–10 business days
  • Europe: 6-10 business days
  • United States & Canada: 5–10 business days
  • Australia & New Zealand: 6–10 business days
  • Rest of the world: 10–20 business days

These windows reflect typical delivery and may occasionally be longer during peak seasons, sales, or due to circumstances outside our control (see "Delays" below).

Order Tracking

You can track your order at any time on our Track Your Order page using the tracking number from your shipping confirmation email. If you haven't received a confirmation within 5 business days of ordering, please contact us.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, your package may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by the destination country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient. Avulen has no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount. We recommend checking with your local customs office if you have questions before ordering.

Shipping Delays

Once a package leaves our facility, it is in the hands of the carrier and local postal services. While delays are rare, they can occur due to customs processing, weather, peak periods, or carrier disruptions. We appreciate your patience and will always do our best to help track down a delayed order.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If you notice a mistake, contact us within 12 hours of ordering and we'll do our best to correct it before dispatch.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If your tracking shows your order as delivered but you haven't received it, please first check with neighbours and your local postal carrier. If your package arrives damaged, or is confirmed lost in transit, contact us with your order number and we will work with you to resolve it, including a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Failed Deliveries

If a package is returned to us because of a failed delivery, an incorrect address, or an uncollected parcel, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-sending returned orders.
